Song Lyrics:

you think i’d leave your side baby
you know me better than that
you think i’d leave you down when you’re down on your knees
i wouldn’t do that
i’ll tell you you’re right when you want
and if only you could see into me
ha ah ah ah ah ah

oh when you’re cold
i’ll be there
hold you tight to me

when you’re on the outside baby and you can`t get in
i will show you you’re so much better than you know
when you’re lost and you’re alone and you cant get back again
i will find you darling and i will bring you home

and if you want to cry
i am here to dry your eyes
and in no time
you’ll be fine

you think i’d leave your side baby
you know me better than that
you think id leave you down when you’re down on your knees
i wouldn’t do that
i’ll tell you you’re right when you want
and if only you could see into me
ha ah ah ah ah ah

oh when you’re cold
i’ll be there
hold you tight to me
when you’re low
i’ll be there
by your side baby

oh when you’re cold
i’ll be there
hold you tight to me
oh when you’re low
i’ll be there
by your side baby

Hit the beat now…

Lost in emotion

Some guys will promise you a
Marriage made in heaven
But I’m gonna stick to my guns
Like waitin for their love
That I might be gettin
My dreams have yet begun
Oh baby, am I a fool ’cause I don’t know
Just how you feel
And it’s the love for you, oh I
I can’t conceal oh oh

Lost in emotion
Telling you things
you really shouldn’t know
Oh baby, I’m lost in emotion
Am I fool at least my friends think so
Que sera Que Sera
Baby, whatever will be,
que sera que sera
Between you and me

Just how true are the rumors
I am hearing
About this crush you have on me
Maybe I’m blind
’cause I just don’t see it
But I want to believe
what they see
I find myself telling you things
I don’t even tell my best friend
I keep showin’ emotions, not knowin’
Just wear it all stems from

From time to time I wonder where I am
In your heart,
And even though I don’t live there yet
I’m afraid it will be cold and dark

I’m lost in emotion
Telling you things
you really shouldn’t know
I’m lost in emotion
Am I a fool,
at least my friends think so
Que sera que sera
Baby, whatever will be
Que Sera que sera
Between you and me
Oh-ho, you know

Baby am I a fool
cause I don’t know
Just how you feel
And it’s the love for you, oh I
Can’t conceal
Hit the beat now (lost)
With my feelin’ (lost)
I hit the ceilin’ (lost)
With these emotions (lost)
I can’t be dealin’ (lost)
I wanna be with you (lost)
But I don’t know how (lost)
In my heart babe,
I can feel the beat now.

Lost in emotion
Lost in emotion
Lost in emotion
Lost
My baby
Lost
My Baby
Lost in emotion
My my my my my baby
Lost in emotion
Lost in emotion
Lost

Song Lyrics:

So tired, tired of this drama
No more, no more
I wanna be free
I’m so tired, so tired

Broken heart again
Another lesson learn
Better know your friends
Or else you will get burned
Gotta count on me
Cause I can guarantee
That I’ll be fine

No more pain (no more pain)
No more pain (no more pain)
No drama (no more drama in my life)
No one’s gonna make me hurt again

Why’d I play the fool
Go through ups and downs
Knowing all the time
You wouldn’t be around
Or maybe I like the stress
Cause I was young and restless
But that was long ago
I don’t wanna cry no more

No more pain (no more pain)
No more game (no more game messin with my mind)
No drama (no more drama in my life)
Nooone’s gonna make me hurt again
No more tears (no more tears, I’m tired of cryin everynight)
No more fears (no more fears, I really don’t wanna cry)
No drama (no more drama in my life)
I don’t ever wanna hurt again
Wanna speak my mind, wanna speak my mind

Uh, it feel so good
When you let go
Of all the drama in your life
Now you’re free from all the pain
Free from all the game
Free from all the stress
So find your happiness
I don’t know
Only God knows where the story ends for me
But I know where the story begins
It’s up to us to choose
Whether we win or loose
And I choose to win

No more pain (no more pain)
No more game (tired of your playin’ game with my mind)
No drama (no more drama in my life)
No more, no more, No more, no more
No more tears (no more tears, no more cryin every night)
No more fears (no more waking be up in the morning)
No drama, no more in my life

No more drama, no more drama
No more drama, no more drama
NO MORE DRAMA
NO MORE DRAMA
NO MORE DRAMA
NO MORE DRAMA
NO MORE DRAMA
No more drama in my life
So tired, tired of this drama

Song Lyrics:

How does it feel like,
to wake up in the sun?
How does it feel like,
to shine on everyone?
How does it feel like,
to let forever be?
How does it feel like,
to spend a little lifetime sitting in the gutter?

Scream a symphony.

How does it feel like,
to sail in on the breeze?
How does it feel like,
to spend a little lifetime sitting in the gutter?

Scream a symphony.

How does it feel like,
to make it happen here?
How does it feel like,
to breathe with everything?
How does it feel like,
to let forever be?
How does it feel like,
to spend a little lifetime sitting in the gutter?

Scream a symphony.

How does it feel like,
to be a crystalline?
How does it feel like,
to spend a little lifetime sitting in the gutter?

Song Lyrics:

I’m rolling the dice, got the wind in my hair
I’m gonna kill my boyfriend, yeah
Cause he’s only nice, when there’s somebody there
I’m gonna kill my boyfriend

It’s been a minute love
Wish we’d never broke it off, oh oh oh
I hated that we separated, can’t forget you no

But now I got an another, I got a ring,
I got a lover, I’m about to have a mother in law
And things are kinda perfect, but I know you’re fucking worth it
There’s only one thing I can do to break it off, come on

I’m rolling the dice, got the wind in my hair
I’m gonna kill my boyfriend, yeah
Cause he’s only nice, when there’s somebody there
I’m gonna kill my boyfriend

Kill, kill, kill, I’m gonna, Kill, kill, kill
So we can run away just like we said
Kill, kill, kill, I’m gonna, Kill, kill, kill
So we can be together like we planned

You’re the one I want, everything I’m dreaming off
Don’t make me break his heart into million pieces, no
But every time I’m with him, I imagine that we’re kissing
And I’m wishing he was you all along
And boy I’m so committed, I’m so deep, there’s no more digging

There’s only one thing I can do to solve this mess, come one

I’m rolling the dice, got the wind in my hair
I’m gonna kill my boyfriend, yeah
Cause he’s only nice, when there’s somebody there
I’m gonna kill my boyfriend

Kill, kill, kill, I’m gonna, Kill, kill, kill
So we can run away just like we said
Kill, kill, kill, I’m gonna, Kill, kill, kill
So we can be together like we planned

I gotta kill my boyfriend yeah…

And I’ll do the time, you’re my sweetest crime
You know that I’ll wait for you, baby
And we’ll be apart, but you’ll have heart
I’m saving it all for you, baby
And I’ll do the time, you’re my sweetest crime
You know that I’ll wait for you, baby
And we’ll be apart, but you’ll have heart
I’m saving it all for you, baby

Kill, kill, kill, I’m gonna, Kill, kill, kill
So we can run away just like we said
Kill, kill, kill, I’m gonna, Kill, kill, kill
So we can be together like we planned

Mmmm I gotta, ooh don’t wanna, mmm I gotta kill my boyfriend

Song Lyrics:

Many times I’ve tried to tell you
Many times I’ve cried alone
Always I’m surprised how well you
Cut my feelings to the bone

Don’t wanna leave you really
I’ve invested too much time
To give you up that easy
To the doubts that complicate your mind

We belong to the light
We belong to the thunder
We belong to the sound of the words
We’ve both fallen under

Whatever we deny or embrace
For worse or for better
We belong, we belong
We belong together

Maybe it’s a sign of weakness
When I don?t know what to say
Maybe I just wouldn?t know
What to do with my strength anyway

Have we become a habit?
Do we distort the facts?
Now, there’s no looking forward
Now, there’s no turning back
When you say

We belong to the light
We belong to the thunder
We belong to the sound of the words
We’ve both fallen under

Whatever we deny or embrace
For worse or for better
We belong, we belong
We belong together

Close your eyes and try to sleep now
Close your eyes and try to dream
Clear your mind and do your best
To try and wash the palette clean

We can’t begin to know it
How much we really care
I hear your voice inside me
I see your face everywhere
Still you say

We belong to the light
We belong to the thunder
We belong to the sound of the words
We’ve both fallen under

Whatever we deny or embrace
For worse or for better
We belong, we belong
We belong together

We belong to the light
We belong to the thunder
We belong to the sound of the words
We’ve both fallen under

Whatever we deny or embrace
For worse or for better
We belong, we belong
We belong together

We belong to the light
We belong to the thunder

Marianne Evelyn Faithfull (born 29 December 1946) is an award-winning English singer, songwriter and actress whose career has spanned five decades.

Her early work in pop and rock music in the 1960s was overshadowed by her struggle with drug abuse in the 1970s. During the first two thirds of that decade, she produced only two little-noticed studio albums. After a long commercial absence, she returned late in 1979 with the highly acclaimed landmark album, Broken English. Faithfull’s subsequent solo work, often critically acclaimed, has at times been overshadowed by her personal history.

From 1966 to 1970, she had a highly publicised romantic relationship with Rolling Stones’ lead singer, Mick Jagger. She also co-wrote “Sister Morphine”, which is featured on the Stones’ Sticky Fingers album.

Song Lyrics:

It is the evening of the day,
I sit and watch the children play.
Smiling faces I can see
But not for me,
I sit and watch as tears go by.

My riches can’t buy everything,
I want to hear the children sing.
All I hear is the sound
Of rain falling on the ground,
I sit and watch as tears go by.

It is the evening of the day,
I sit and watch the children play.
Doing things I used to do
They think are new,
I sit and watch as tears go by.

Hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm
Hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm
Hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm…

Music video by John Legend & The Roots performing “Wake Up Everybody“, featuring Common and Melanie Fiona. The song is a cover, written by John Whitehead, Gene McFadden, and Victor Carstarphen, originally recorded by Harold Melvin & the Blue Notes, with Teddy Pendergrass singing lead vocals, taken from their 1975 album of the same name. The original song spent two weeks at number one on the Hot Soul Singles chart in early 1976.

Song Lyrics:

Wake up everybody
No more sleepin’ in bed
No more backward thinkin’
Time for thinkin’ ahead

The world has changed
So very much
From what it used to be
There is so much hatred
War and poverty, whoa, oh

Wake up, all the teachers
Time to teach a new way
Maybe then they’ll listen
To what’cha have to say

‘Cause they’re the ones who’s coming up
And the world is in their hands
When you teach the children
Teach ‘em the very best you can

The world won’t get no better
If we just let it be, na, na, na
The world won’t get no better
We gotta change it, yeah
Just you and me

Wake up, all the doctors
Make the old people well
They’re the ones who suffer
And who catch all the hell

But they don’t have so very long
Before the Judgment Day
So wont’cha make them happy
Before they pass away

Wake up, all the builders
Time to build a new land
I know we can do it
If we all lend a hand

The only thing we have to do
Is put it in our mind
Surely things will work out
They do it every time

The world won’t get no better
If we just let it be, na, na, na
The world won’t get no better
We gotta change it, yeah
Just you and me

It’s the God hour, the morning I wake up
Just for the breath of life I thank my maker
My mom say I come from hustlers and shakers
My mind builded on skyscrapers and acres
He said take us back to where we belong
I try to write a song as sweet as the Psalms
Though I am the type to bear arms and wear my heart on my sleeve
Even when I fell in God I believe
We the days at
Weave through the maze and the season so amazing
Feed them and raise them
Seasons are asian
Earthquakes, wars and rumors
I want us to get by but we more then consumers
We more than shooters
More than looters,
Created in his image,
So God live through us,
And even in his generation living through computers
On love, love, love can reboot us

Wake up, everybody
Wake up, everybody
Need a little help, y’all
Yes I do, need a little help

Need a little help, y’all ay
Wake up everybody
Wake up everybody
Wake up everybody
